Quality & Production Lead. Based in Jaipur, Arjun runs factory audits and production follow-up for PRIMO IN. His background is in furniture and handicraft manufacturing across Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh, where quality lives or dies on in-production checks. He manages the three-checkpoint QC system on every order: prototype inspection, in-production check, and pre-shipment review, each closed with a written report before the client pays the balance.
